Breaded Wisconsin-raised pork, hand-tenderized and pan-fried.
Topped with Black Forest ham, a rich portabella mushroom, garlic,
tomatoes and our hausmade onion cream sauce. Served with
fresh grilled asparagus and choice of spätzle, German fried potatoes
or a wild rice blend.

Choice 8 oz. bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin, breaded shrimp and
stuffed mushrooms accompanied with fresh grilled asparagus and
